Emergency Rescue Device (ERD)
In the event of a power failure, our proprietary ERD brings the cabin safely to the nearest floor and opens the door automatically — no technician required.
Overload Protection System
Load sensors detect cabin overload in real time and prevent movement until the limit is within safe operating range, protecting both passengers and the drive system.
Power Fluctuation Protection

Enhanced Emergency
eRescue (ERD) System
Rizor Lifts offers a proprietary emergency rescue system that goes beyond standard automatic rescue devices. In the event of a power disruption or battery failure, passengers can activate the system from inside the cabin to initiate a controlled descent to the nearest floor.
Unlike conventional systems that depend entirely on external intervention, our ERD operates independently — ensuring doors open automatically at the nearest landing for a safe and dignified exit.
This system is standard across all Rizor commercial and residential elevator models, providing an essential layer of peace of mind for every occupant.

Closed Loop Control
Our elevators operate on a PLC-based closed loop control architecture. This means the system continuously reads sensor feedback and adjusts motor output in real time — delivering precise floor levelling (within ±5mm), smooth starts and stops, and consistent ride quality across all conditions.

Every Rizor installation follows a structured, quality-controlled process to ensure the elevator is safe, compliant, and ready for long-term operation from day one.
Site Assessment & Consultation
Our engineers visit the site to assess shaft dimensions, load requirements, usage patterns, and structural conditions. A detailed technical proposal is prepared based on findings.
Custom Design & Engineering
The elevator system is configured to the specific requirements of the building — cabin dimensions, interior finishes, speed, capacity, and safety features are all tailored at this stage.
Factory Manufacturing & QC
All components are manufactured in our ISO-certified facility using CNC machining, robotic welding, and precision assembly. Every unit undergoes multi-stage quality inspection before dispatch.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Before handover, each elevator undergoes comprehensive commissioning tests — load trials, safety device checks, speed calibration, and floor levelling verification. Documentation and compliance certificates are provided at handover.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support
Post-installation, our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) programme ensures scheduled servicing, 24/7 breakdown support, and access to the Rizor Connect monitoring dashboard.
