The AMC can begin immediately after installation and handover, or at any point during the manufacturer’s warranty period. We recommend activating it at handover for uninterrupted coverage and to maintain your warranty conditions.
Yes. AMC plans can be upgraded at any renewal point. If your building’s usage pattern changes — for example, you add commercial tenants to a residential building — we can adjust your plan accordingly.
Essential and Standard plans cover labour and standard consumables (lubricants, cleaning materials). Comprehensive Care extends coverage to most mechanical and electrical components. Wear items (ropes, belts, door sills) are subject to condition-based replacement terms. Full details are provided in the AMC agreement.
All plans include 24/7 emergency support. Our target response time is within 4 hours of your call. Comprehensive Care plan customers receive a guaranteed 4-hour SLA backed by the service agreement.
